Currently, we have four sets of melt blown production lines, with big capacity. Under microscope, some fibers’ diameter is around 0.6μm. Same efficiency, but different weight, thickness, and different resistance for different request. And also, we can produce PBT, PA6 melt blown for fuel filter, Ad-blue products, etc. Melt blown has good filtration efficiency, but low pressure drop, it is ideal material for filters.
